Main Street Chiropractic is located in the historic district of Greenville in a building that has remained a chiropractic office for over 60 years. It is a comfortable, friendly office that feels more like home than hospital. We are a small contingency dedicated to living what we practice: promoting optimum health through nutrition and physical well-being. Main Street Chiropractic offers hands-on chiropractic manipulation, directed muscle therapy, nutritional support, and various physiotherapy modalities, all combined to repair damaged tissue, increases function of the joints, and correct malpositions of the skeletal and muscular forms.

We are located on the corner of North Main and Earle Street, directly off Stone Avenue. There is plenty of parking located on either side of Earle street.
